Inland Empire United Way
In a region with staggeringly low rankings for education, health and income, IEUW is committed to developing and supporting strategies for breaking the cycle of poverty by investing in the future of low-income youth and families. To this end, IEUW develops and runs internal programs designed to address both short and long-term issues faced by individuals and families in need in our community. IEUW’s mission is to engage the community to improve the lives and futures of those in need by strategically investing in education, health, and financial stability. We envision a caring community where every individual and family has the resources and opportunity to thrive. IEUW was established in 1992 as Mt. Baldy United Way to serve the residents of eastern Los Angeles County and western San Bernardino County and has since merged with several smaller United Ways, broadening our reach to the high desert region and eastern Riverside County.

At Inland Empire United Way, we strive to demonstrate our EPIC values in all that we do. From our interactions with each other, to our partnerships with nonprofits, government and businesses, to the residents whose lives we aim to improve every day, our values are front and center. EPIC stands for Excellence, Partnership, Integrity, and Compassion. We work as a team and believe in living out our values daily, as we strive to make the Inland Empire a better place by improving the lives of people in this region. IEUW is a family atmosphere where we never stop investing in new ways to support the community. While we work REALLY HARD all year round, we also stop to recognize that life is more than work and celebrate each other's success and take time out for fun, team building activities. Always keeping our eye on the mission, recognizing how fortunate we all are to have jobs, we appreciate each other and the fact that we are privileged to work here!
