Ingage Partners, LLC is a Cincinnati-based management and information technology consulting firm helping clients transform their business. Our team provides full delivery capabilities for organizations of all sizes. Ingage Partners is a social enterprise and certified B Corporation, using business as a force for good. This drive towards a "triple bottom line: people, planet, and profits" influences every decision our company makes. By succeeding financially, we are able to give back to our community, our employees, and our planet. We "build into" our people, our clients, and our community. We have won numerous awards including the Emerging Business of the Year award by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber (2013), the B Corporation Best for the World Overall Impact award (2014), the B Corp Champion award (2014), Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Community Involvement of the Year award (2013-2015), Best Places to Work (2012-2015), the Cincinnati Business Courier Fast 55 (2013-2017), and was an Innovation award finalist at the Innovation & Technology Awards in 2016.
Purpose
Ingage Partners contributes 25% of our profits to charitable organizations working to impact social and environmental causes. Employees have an opportunity to contribute to causes close to their hearts through the Ingage Employee Contribution Match Program and the Ingage Social Impact Fund. We also offer our employees paid volunteer time off to use their skills to build into non-profits.
