Purpose
Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) District No. 4 is a technical school dedicated to preparing youth and adults to become productive and economically efficient in our society. ICTC was established to serve secondary students, post-secondary students, adults in upgrading skills, on-the-job trainees, and business & industry.

Additional Culture Details
ICTC celebrated our 55th anniversary in 2025 when the Muskogee campus officially opened its campus on August 24, 1970. The Stilwell and Sallisaw campuses were officially dedicated on February 9 and February 10, 1974 and the rest is history. Since that time, ICTC has been training students for careers for over 50 years. We can do this because of the strong relationships we have with our partner schools and businesses and industries throughout the ICTC district.
