Purpose
Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) District No. 4 is a technical school dedicated to preparing youth and adults to become productive and economically efficient in our society. ICTC was established to serve secondary students, post-secondary students, adults in upgrading skills, on-the-job trainees, and business & industry.

Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) proudly celebrated its 55th anniversary in 2025, marking more than five decades of preparing students for successful careers and strengthening the communities we serve. The Muskogee Campus officially opened its doors on August 24, 1970, followed by the dedication of the Stilwell and Sallisaw campuses on February 9 and 10, 1974.
For more than 50 years, ICTC has remained committed to one purpose: preparing students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to build successful careers and contribute to a strong workforce.
Our success is rooted in the strong relationships we have built with our partner schools, businesses, and industries throughout the ICTC district. These partnerships help ensure our programs reflect the needs of today's workforce while creating meaningful opportunities for students.
