Independent Care Health Plan (iCare)
Since 1994, Independent Care Health Plan (iCare) has provided quality health care benefits to Southeastern Wisconsin’s low income & special needs population. We are currently the largest provider of health care services for people with special needs in the State of Wisconsin offering a comprehensive health & social services program for individuals ages 19 and older with special needs who receive both Medicaid and SSI benefits. Independent Care serves our members through a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan, a Family Care Partnership program, and the BadgerCare Plus program. In the increasingly competitive field of health care, Independent Care Health Plan is taking innovative steps to ensure that those with unique and complex medical, behavioral, and human service needs have access to quality health care services.
