Indeed Inclusion Resource Groups: Indeed Inclusion Resource Groups are comprised of 9 multicultural, generational, and disability awareness employee-run groups across all Indeed offices. These groups focus on supporting the creation of inclusive products, recruiting diverse talent, educating, raising awareness, and advocating. Our Inclusion Resource Groups have participated in global PRIDE events, cultural celebrations, and in-office roundtables. They also work closely with community organizations for diversity recruiting and giving back to the community.
Indeed Ambassadors: The Indeed Ambassadors are a group of influential Indeedians who embody and promote our company's goals and culture. This is a volunteer program that provides Indeed employees internal leadership and networking opportunities as they help raise awareness of Indeed-hosted/sponsored programs, events, and initiatives. All full-time Indeed employees are welcome to apply.
GOODdeeds: One of HR’s mission statements is “We care about what you care about” which certainly carries through our philanthropic efforts. Our largest volunteer and charity program is called GOODdeeds, our employee volunteer and charity match platform. Employees can track their hours volunteered at organizations of their choice, and can receive up to $250 in company matching on eligible donations. Employees are encouraged to volunteer through our Dollars for Doers program allowing them to receive $10 per hour towards a charity of their choice for the first 25 hours of volunteer work they log in GOODdeeds.

Indeed Incubator: Indeed not only encourages our employees to think of WOW ideas, but supports them in all aspects! Incubator is an initiative to encourage anyone in the company to pitch their new product idea, receive funding and staffing to run the project. New project applications are accepted all year, with pitches held once per quarter. Employees who get their projects chosen are then brought down to our Austin offices for three months to work with a team to build their idea into reality. Since the beginning of this program, we received 43 new project applications and 17 projects were pitched.
