For more than 70 years, Incompass Human Services has empowered individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism, and other complex needs to experience full lives in their communities through innovative, personalized, and valued supports.
Today, our 600 dedicated employees — whom we proudly call Care Champions — support over 1,000 individuals and families across Northeastern and Central Massachusetts, including Greater Lowell and Greater Lawrence, through residential, employment, day, clinical, family support, and community-based programs.
Founded by parents seeking support and services for their children, Incompass continues to build more inclusive communities by putting people first.
