We've also found that the best solutions and relationships happen when our team members actually live and work with the same values we preach. To us, "Delivering the X" isn't just a catchy phrase to paint on the walls. It's a promise we make to our clients, our team members, and ourselves.

We practice “The Great Game of Business," an open-book management program, and are extremely transparent with the team regarding our financials. Every month we review the company’s income statement and balance sheet along with other key metrics. The entire team is eligible for our bonus program tied to our common goal: net profit. Mini-games are created and led by team members who identify cost-savings opportunities.
We wholeheartedly believe in the totality of our team member's lives, so we encourage and support growth inside and outside of the office. One way we do this is with iO University-a series of courses that focus on personal and professional development. We want to empower our people to never stop learning.
Our yearly Vision and Goals exercise encourages the team to envision how they'd like their life to look in the next year, three years, and five years both inside and outside of the office. This does more than encourage people to consider their ideal future. It gives the team leads the ability to fully understand their team member's lives, and is used as a guide to offer more targeted guidance, discussions, milestones, etc.
In addition to generous paid-time-off, team members get their birthday off, a paid Community Day, and a "We Care Friday" (a surprise Friday off!).

- The Simple Six
- We've developed a system called the Simple Six-our guidelines in living a holistically healthy, happy, and well-balanced life. The Simple Six are meditation, sleep, nutrition, movement, connection, and gratitude. We educate and support every team member in integrating all six into their lives.
Every year, we conduct the Simple Six Plus Survey to ensure that we're fostering a workplace environment that truly allows our people to thrive throughout their lives. The "Plus" includes other important areas of life like financial wellbeing and stress levels. We also ask for honest feedback about how we can do better. We genuinely want to know where we can improve and do our best to make it happen.
For example, a common thread in a recent survey was the desire for more substantial parental leave-and our leadership team listened. As of 2020, we introduced two additional weeks of fully paid maternity, paternity, and adoption leave for our employees.
