Purpose
At imageOne, our purpose is to deliver genuine care that consistently drives extraordinary energy, actions, and experiences to everyone, every day, every time. Here, we call it "Delivering the X."
Vision
imageOne's primary business is partnering with organizations to optimize their document workflows and keep their networks safe and secure. To achieve these goals, we implement managed print programs, recommend print tools and strategies, automate processes, provide cutting-edge security technology, and more.
As industry leaders, our team excels at anticipating customer needs. This helps customers better realize their business goals as they can focus less on document processes and more on growing their organization.

Mission
We're dedicated to creating authentic connections with every customer by building relationships that go beyond business. This has led to long-term partnerships that have spanned decades.
We've also found that the best solutions and relationships happen when our team members actually live and work with the same values we preach. To us, "Delivering the X" isn't just a catchy phrase to paint on the walls. It's a promise we make to our clients, our team members, and ourselves.

Additional Culture Details
Culture is at the heart of every healthy, sustainable company, and we consider it to be the most important company pillar. We want our team to LOVE their job.
We practice “The Great Game of Business," an open-book management program, and are extremely transparent with the team regarding our financials. Every month we review the company’s income statement and balance sheet along with other key metrics. The entire team is eligible for our bonus program tied to our common goal: net profit. Mini-games are created and led by team members who identify cost-savings, revenue-driving or time-saving opportunities.
We wholeheartedly believe in the totality of our team member's lives, so we encourage and support growth inside and outside of the office. One way we do this is with iO University-a series of courses that focus on personal and professional development. We want to empower our people to never stop learning.
Our yearly Vision and Goals exercise encourages the team to envision how they'd like their life to look in the next year, three years, and five years both inside and outside of the office. This does more than encourage people to consider their ideal future. It gives the team leads the ability to fully understand their team member's lives, and is used as a guide to offer more targeted guidance, discussions, milestones, etc.
In addition to generous paid-time-off, team members get their birthday off, a paid Community Day, and a "We Care Friday" (a surprise Friday off!).

Values
- Deliver the X
- At imageOne, our purpose is to deliver genuine care that consistently drives extraordinary energy, actions, and experiences to everyone, every day, every time. We call it "Delivering the X." This isn't just for our print management customers—we do the same for each valued team member. We take work-life balance to the extreme. We offer more than flex-time, remote options and generous PTO (plus birthdays, volunteer days and a surprise Friday off). imageOne helps DtX our team's Vision and Goals (a document detailing personal, financial and career goals), by helping team members with goals on their list. These have included contributions to savings plans, travel, skydiving, cooking classes, dance lessons, and even to visit a son stationed overseas. By embracing a holistic culture of genuine care, our leaders aim to prove that our values aren’t hollow words—they’re a commitment to our team, our community, and our clients.
