Our company was born from the idea that we will deliver a better home selling experience at a great commission, and we did just that. It’s made possible by partnering with only the best agents in each market, typically the top 1% in sales performance. In fact, we pride ourselves on strictly working with the top agents in the real estate industry. In most cases, our agents represent top teams and brokerages like Berkshire Hathaway, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, etc. Our agent partners typically have over 14 years of experience, close between 100-200 transactions per year, and have a 5-star Zillow rating. Importantly, our agent network is invitation only, meaning agents cannot pay to join our program, they must meet our standards and requirements to work with our clients.
Purpose
Our hope is to create an extraordinary organization for our employees, filled with diverse and talented
individuals who can grow in their careers and achieve professional and personal milestones while
working for our organization. We strive to make sure employees are engaged and able to work effectively
across the board by hosting weekly and quarterly events ranging from virtual charity runs, happy hours,
new employee lunches, seasonal celebrations, and a quarterly offsite team building event. For our offsite
event we take a small, cross-functional group to do team building activities that help everyone continue
to get to know each other and communicate effectively. We've scaled rapidly (having almost a 400%
increase in our employee size in 2021), making it imperative that our team knows one and other and has
effective communication across the organization. Additionally, we believe giving back to the local
community is integral to our culture, from animal shelters to food banks we provide opportunities for
our employees to give back.
