Hydra-Flex was founded in 2002 as 2 men, a beer fridge, and a machine shop – driven by the simple belief that we could “find a better way” to manufacture innovative and reliable fluid handling products. Our core product values of Innovation, Reliability, and Accuracy are evident in the products we develop – products that are revolutionizing the way our customers do business.
Our customers are category leaders in the car wash, hydro-excavation, industrial cleaning, and sewer jetting industries.

Purpose
Hydra-Flex, founded with a commitment to innovation, holds patents on our chemical dispensing and nozzle technologies and was named one of Minnesota’s Top Inventors by Twin Cities Business Magazine. While the fundamental concepts behind many of our products are not new, we set ourselves apart by finding a “better way” to apply fluid handling technologies to solve our customer’s and their industry’s problems.

At Hydra-Flex we like to have FUN. Some events that we have done in the past to celebrate our successes are going to Top Golf, Whirly Ball, Twin's & Saints Games, having chilli and meat cookoffs and so much more! We have a "Fun Zone" located on our production floor where employees are encouraged to take a break throughout their day to play basketball, ping pong, mini golf, foosball or even a video game on our Nintendo Switch!
