We are an award-winning home care agency who provides compassionate and trusted non-medical in-home care to adults throughout the state of Delaware. We provide short-term and long-term support, with levels of care ranging from companionship to more specialized non-medical care for advanced health conditions, with care plans customized for each client.

Additional Culture Details
We train and mentor our caregivers (as needed and on an annual basis).
Our caregivers are direct care workers who receive benefits such as competitive weekly pay, holiday pay, PTO, a recognition program, a flexible schedule, and much more.
Twice each month we hold workshops at our Georgetown and Smyrna offices so our clients and caregivers can do a variety of activities together and enjoy socializing and having snacks or lunch with their peers. This is through our signature Life Enrichment Activities Program (LEAP).
