Purpose
Our purpose is to change the way the world ages. We know that by making this a great place to work, our Caregivers give their best to providing for the needs of older Vermonters who are aging in place at home. From our inception in 2016 our Caregiver centric approach to serving the needs of our clients has been fundamental in being able to deliver the service. We seek monthly systematic feedback from our Caregivers and Clients, through Home Care Pulse while maintaining an open door policy from our employees. We are equally as candid with our employees when providing them critical feedback for improvement. Our quality assurance home visits, our regular performance reviews, our attention on proper matching and client specific Caregiver training, and our recognition programs all serve to support our front line Caregivers and in turn the families and seniors they serve.
