Highpoint Church
Chris Conlee and Andy Savage dreamed of planting a church with a simple goal: to prove that love works. They didn’t set out to start just any church, but rather with the conviction that Memphis needed another kind of church. A group of people who would redefine “church” and redeem our city for His glory. It’s our mission to help people love God, love people, and make disciples.
Purpose
To love God, love people, and make disciples
Vision
We exist to prove love works.
Additional Culture Details
We want people to find our Sunday experience so appealing, the presentation so engaging, and the content so helpful that they want to come back next week with a friend.
We are one hundred percent committed to the timeless truths of the Word of God, but we’re also committed to presenting them in a timely way. We understand and prioritize the difference between theology and methodology, between function and form, and between substance and style. In other words, we don’t tailor our content for the unchurched person, we tailor our experience for the unchurched person.
Our definition of winning is movement. Life change is a journey; that’s why we’re always talking about the importance of your next step. Our ultimate goal is to move you from where you are to where God wants you to be.

Values
- FOUND PEOPLE FIND PEOPLE
- If someone had saved your life, would you keep quiet about it? Probably not. The first thing you do when you receive good news is share it. Ultimately, our goal is for you to experience so much good news that you can’t keep quiet. In fact, we believe there’s no greater joy than the lost being found.
