Highland Springs is one of twenty-one continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Senior Living. Located in North Dallas, Texas, the scenic 89-acre campus is home to approximately 1400 residents. The community provides a vibrant lifestyle to seniors with abundant amenities complemented with integrated healthcare and wellness programs. In its independent living neighborhood, Highland Springs features 600 apartment homes in a variety of fresh floor plans and affordable price ranges. The continuing care neighborhood of Highland Springs offers assisted living, memory care, post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care services. Opened in 2013, it immediately earned a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and has continued to receive that rating each year. Highland Springs is an economic engine in the Dallas region, employing more than 600 full time, part time and on-call employees.
