Our people are at the core of who we are, and we’re committed to maintaining a salary and benefits program that is both competitive and responsive to the changing needs of our staff. HighGround currently contributes 10% of each employee's salary to their 403(b) annually, regardless of their own contribution amount. We offer flexible start times, remote working and generous vacation for our employees. And since helping others is at the heart of what we do, we encourage all employees to take advantage of our community service policy, which allows up to 10 paid hours for community service annually.
