I have never worked at a place quite like this. Where your ideas are heard and have meaning, where you can elicit change, where people just respect and like each other, honestly. There is so much support and flexibility from leadership. Everyone truly wants the company to succeed because it is a place that takes care of us so we take care of it. I can't speak highly enough. Our leadership goes above and beyond to understand where we are at as a company and to make sure we are headed in the right direction. I have never felt so supported at a job in my career.
