Heritage Property Management Services, LLC. has been in business for 40 years in the Greater Atlanta Area. We are large enough to provide a wide array of services designed for Association communities and our organizational structure is built to provide fast and effective service to the unique needs of each of our communities. We service over 85,000 residences in our total property portfolio and over 500 Community Associations. We have over 130 full-time employees providing professional services to our clients. We currently operate out of a 20,000+ square foot headquarters office in Sandy Springs which is part of our 5-acre 50,000 square foot campus. All our accounting functions are completed at our corporate headquarters. Lastly, almost 50% of our company has been employed by Heritage for 5 years or longer and we proudly have a 97% retention rate.
