In describing our culture, it's funny to see how many things revolve around food. From potluck lunches, team breakfasts, and happy hours, to Twinkie, slider, and hot dog eating contests, there's always something to chew on.
Luckily, we're also a high energy environment, so we can burn off the extra calories with our wellness program, softball/ hockey/soccer teams, volunteer opportunities, and spirit week.
We have a rock band that has competed in Fortune's Battle of the Corporate Bands at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Our HelloWEEN party finds every team member in costume. Our annual Golden Globe awards recognize standout contributors, and a quarterly award goes to the Everyday Hero.
Each team member gets an extra ½ day of PTO to volunteer in the community. We also give an extra half day in June, July and August, so the team can enjoy the summer with friends and family.
We have participated in Challenge Detroit, and have offered a technology scholarship to up and coming graduates.
