Helitech has been the leader in waterproofing and foundation repair since 1987. From the initial phone call to the final walk through, providing the ultimate customer experience is our top priority.
Our team members are continually communicating with the customer. We have systems in place to introduce the estimator before the initial inspection, followed by surveys to give the customer confidence that their satisfaction is our top priority.
Our customer service team is readily available to respond to any situation that may arise. Our Safety and Quality Control Manager has weekly site visits and extensive follow-up reporting to elevate accountability.
All of our projects are assigned a dedicated crew, foreman, and superintendent. This level of leadership resonates with our customers by giving them familiarity and confidence while we work to heal their homes. Each project begins and ends with a thorough and complete customer walk-through to explain the installation process, address any questions, and ensure we meet their expectations.
