I love what I do. I love speaking to customers and having a positive attitude no matter what the situation is. I get compliments often from customers and it makes me feel good. I just love what I do!! You don’t find that often in life so I’m very content.

Generally it is very flexible and the leads/managers are always very quick to assist. HLA, I feel, seeks out input from all employees to make the company a better place towork. HLA is always trying to maintain and increase out customer base.

the Executive leadership team encourages ideas at all levels and departments. I also have a variety of duties that keep me engaged on a daily basis and my leaders are very approachable to help with any questions that I may have. The culture is also very positive and family like and everyone is willing to help each other when needed.
