HealthPartners
HealthPartners was founded in the 1950s in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul by health care consumers who wanted a health system accountable for quality and affordability of care. Today, HealthPartners is the largest non-profit consumer-governed health organization in the U.S. with a mission to improve health and well-being for those we serve. We’re an integrated system of care and coverage – our health plan has national reach, serving nearly 1.8 million members. Our multi-specialty care group of 2,300 clinicians cares for 1.2 million medical and dental patients in Minnesota and Wisconsin, with eight hospitals and many clinics. And, we operate a research and education Institute that fuels improvement and innovation.
