Health Share of Oregon is the community-based coordinated care organization (CCO) for Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. We bring together all of the health plans, providers and community health resources that serve Oregon Health Plan members in our region.
The Oregon Health Plan is our state’s Medicaid program. It provides no-cost health coverage—including medical, dental and mental health benefits—to people who need it.
We focus on three key areas: better care, smarter spending and healthier people.
