At HallKeen a high priority is placed on communication, education and inclusion. With over 90 different properties in our portfolio, it is essential that the on-site teams can communicate openly and effectively with regional managers, corporate team members and even Senior Staff. In the same respect, HK works to foster a feeling of community among the properties, encouraging properties in the same region to share staff, tips and participate in local industry networking events together.
Team building is encouraged on site as well as in the corporate office, with an open door policy for managers. Recently, HallKeen launched our “Brilliant Ideas” campaign in which all HK employees are encouraged to submit their ideas for new initiatives within the company to be considered by senior staff. We are family oriented and striving for a company culture that is green and creates a positive impact on the communities it resides in.
