HBS has a culture of accentuating the positive. Based on the book Whale Done by Ken Blanchard, the firm created an internal positive reinforcement initiative called the Whale Done Program. Each new employee is given a copy of the book to learn about how they can contribute to our culture of positive reinforcement and redirection of negative situations.
