GPA has a culture of being a large family. If someone needs help, we get together to help that person, whether it is a work project or helping them with something personal. Our employees enjoy sharing their favorite foods with each other, and going to each other’s weddings and baby showers. They laugh and cry together, as well as drive each other crazy. But in the end, they work hard and play hard to sustain the organization and help make GPA a great place to work for everyone. We have an organization where the employees freely say hello to anyone new they see as well as each other throughout the day. On an employee’s first day with GPA they are brought around and introduced to everyone in the office, where employees in every department tell them, “You will Love it here” and “Welcome to our Great Company”.
