A touch of fun is a key aspect of our culture, and we regularly host a variety of virtual events, such as holiday-themed trivia games and costume-themed virtual gatherings to build a sense of community. One of our more creative approaches has centered on promoting “user-generated content” from our employees. Last spring, we asked employees to submit their favorite recipes, along with photos of their culinary creations, which we used to create a Gresham Smith cookbook. We also hold a yearly firmwide Celebration event, where we honor employee accomplishments and recognize project achievements.
