Purpose
Greenfield Rehab Agency provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services to senior communities, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and in-home services across Wisconsin. Rehab Resources provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services through Birth to Three Programs, Schools and outpatient clinics across Wisconsin.
