Greater Texas Credit Union is proud to have been voted a "Top Workplace" from 2012-2019. With over 200 employees spread out throughout Texas, our goal is to be a force for good in the communities we serve.
To accomplish that goal, we value our employees and invest in them so they can meet the needs of our members. We do that through both formal training, individual and group coaching, consistent feedback, and by providing on-the-job opportunities for you to grow as a professional.
We have a volunteering program as one way of formally demonstrating our commitment to supporting employee’s passion for service while making a difference in the communities in which it operates. Greater Texas encourages volunteering activities to give its people the opportunity to actively contribute to their community through supporting registered charities and not-for-profit organizations. This is done by giving all employees paid time off to support this end.
