Additional Culture Details
Building healthy, mutually beneficial, and honest relationships are at the core of who we are and what we do. To accomplish this with our employees, we give out employee birthday presents as well as put cake/sweets in the breakroom each month and decorate the employee birthday board to call out those with birthdays. We have employee team building activities outside of work to get coworkers together to socialize and form tighter bonds on the company's money. We have a Christmas luncheon during work hours where the whole company sits together and shares a meal, games, and free prizes as well as dress up to a theme. The President and VP also take out the office admin team to a nice lunch and the warehouse workers to a fancy dinner as thanks for their hard work during the year. We have an open door, you can always find help policy. With our customers, we give them direct means on contact to their dedicated business products specialist, "surprise and delight" with goodies, samples, gifts, cookies, etc. and implement a 12-step policy for all prospects so that they are touched continuously over the course fo 3 months (physical calls by reps, mail, email) to know we do care about them and are happy to invest our time and effort in them. All of the values above drive us closer to our vision.
