Chronic Disease Day, recognized annually on July 10, brings together a broad coalition of stakeholders—including patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, advocacy organizations, industry and policymakers—to drive awareness, improve access to care, and advance policy solutions that lead to better health outcomes.
