Ginkgo Residential is an integrated multifamily investment, management, and redevelopment company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our mission is to provide residents with reasonably priced, high-quality housing that is energy efficient and environmentally sensitive. We manage more than 7,500 apartment units in more than 45 communities with a geographic footprint in North Carolina and South Carolina.
