Under Larry Rideout and Paul McGann’s leadership since 2006, our company overcame the hardships of the economic recession and came back stronger than ever, growing from 80 agents and 3 offices to more than 400 agents and 24 offices across Eastern Massachusetts. Larry and Paul possess a tremendous breadth of industry knowledge, making them valuable resources for our associates. But most importantly, guided by a refreshing core of family values, Larry and Paul have revolutionized our business with a people-focused mission. They understand that the most strategic path to success is by uniting compatible professionals who share the same values and best practices, and positioning them to collaborate with one another, whether that is within our feeder markets across Eastern Massachusetts or within our worldwide referral network consisting of approximately 1,000 offices in 75 countries and territories.
