Geriatric Associates of America, P.A. (GAA) was formed by Dr. Keith Rapp in 1996 to provide quality Medical Directors, Attending Physicians and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to the long term care environment. Our association of over 40 Certified Medical Directors, Fellow-trained Geriatricians and Masters prepared Nurse Practitioners is one of the largest geriatric-based practices in the country. Our practitioners attend to patients at over 100 nursing entities and are Medical Director at over 65 of those in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and surrounding areas.
