GCW recently celebrated our 50-year anniversary. This in itself speaks volumes about our company and being able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our clients and Southern Nevada. Our history is further enhanced by the number of employees who have left to pursue opportunities elsewhere, only to return. In short, it shows that GCW cares about its people and consistently grows with the times. What began as a family owned business is now an employee owned company. This is significant for an establishment of approximately 110 employees! Our current President, Tim McCoy, leads GCW with a unique approach to managing the company. He understands we are only as good as our employees and the satisfaction of our clients; many of which have come back to us repeatedly for their engineering and survey needs. We continue to invest in our staff through on-going professional development and we support their community volunteer efforts. What we do makes a difference in the lives of Valley residents through engineering and design of master plan communities, roadways, bridges, utilities, and flood control facilities for the County and Cities.
