Since 1986, Gassen Company has perfected the management of Minnesota-based Homeowner Associations.

Our focus on customer service sets us apart from other local providers, from our in-house client support team, in-house accounting team with a CPA on staff, to our professionally trained Association Managers. Gassen Company offers project management services through our in-house Project Management Division. Additionally, we have implemented and rigorously follow a schedule to check in with our Board of Director clients regarding the services they are receiving and accept feedback for improvement if needed.
