Gallagher Home Health Services
Gallagher Home Health Services is a Medicare/Medicaid Certified Home Health Agency, licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. All Home Health state surveys have been deficiency free since we opened our agency. We provide Skilled Nursing, PT, OT, SLT, Home Health Aides, Medical Social Services, and Private Duty Services. We use a Primary Care Model which provides continuity and outstanding outcomes for our patients.
We demand the highest quality of care for our patients and our outcomes are consistently better than our competitors, the state and national numbers. Our mission includes a lesson we learned from our mom, Iva R. Gallagher. She taught us how important it was to “treat everyone like family.” We instill this promise into those we hire and we expect everyone, in the office or the field to live by these words. It keeps us grounded in those things that are most important: Family First, Kindness, Integrity, and Morality. We employ only the best and have a waiting list of nurses and therapists who want to join us.
In 2016 we opened Gallagher Hospice and now have a full continuum of care for all those who trust us to provide services to their loved ones.
