Additional Culture Details
FPG continuously drives a positive culture. There is a “Happiness Committee” consisting of Team Members in various departments to meet with the CEO and Founder of FPG to discuss culture, initiatives, areas of improvement, as well as solutions. Additionally, FPG celebrates life events with the Team Members, such as monthly birthday celebrations, weddings, graduations, promotions, work anniversaries, and milestone achievements. Throughout the holidays, the Team Members participate in friendly contests with each other such as participating in a pumpkin decorating contest and dressing up in costumes during Halloween time, a Thanksgiving Potluck where everyone contributes and gives thanks, and wearing Tacky Holiday sweaters in December, During the summertime, the headquarter Team Members participate in “Summer of Smiles”. This entails three months of surprises for the Team Members, team building activities, raffle prizes, bring your dog to work day, and more. The Team Members at headquarters provide support to those Team Members located in the field at hotels and car rental locations. It is imperative that the Team Members at headquarters project a positive morale and culture to those whom they are supporting. For the Team Members in the field, they participate in group activities such as volunteering, having meals together, going to an “escape room”, and playing arcade games.
