Frontida's Assisted Living homes serve those who can no longer safely live alone. Although they had little experience in assisted living, Crystal and Steve Miller started Frontida in 2009 and have successfully built a business based on their passion - helping people be successful. Crystal often tells friends and colleagues how excited she is when those on her team experience success – at work and at home. This philosophy is the foundation of Frontida and the result is a team of people who value their work and each other. This loyalty shows up in their work every day and the residents of Frontida benefit in a big way! The beginning days of Frontida’s history were fraught with challenges, it was only because the team embraced Frontida’s values: tell the truth, work hard, follow the rules, love others – that they have accomplished great success in a few short years.
