Freese and Nichols offers professional consulting services: engineering, architecture, environmental science, program management, planning and energy. We have offices in Houston and Pearland, as well as in 13 other cities across Texas and in Raleigh, N.C. For almost 120 years, Freese and Nichols has excelled at innovative solutions and client service. We are the first engineering/architecture firm honored to receive the Malcolm Baldrige Award for Performance Excellence.
We support training and professional development, including tuition reimbursement for degrees and certification. Formal mentoring and technical coaching are available to all employees, and dues and expenses are paid for professional organization involvement, including travel and time to make presentations.
Freese and Nichols University provides courses related to skills and professional development for employees. These courses are often open to our clients. We conduct classes in our offices and at client locations, and have scheduled 14 classes specifically for clients this year.
