Freeborn & Peters was founded in 1983 by six lawyers who wanted to create a culture that values collaboration, collegiality, mutual respect and inclusiveness. And we’ve managed to sustain that environment over more than 25 years.
Today Freeborn & Peters is a full-service law firm with 120 attorneys. We have grown organically, just one or two lawyers at a time, without the benefit of mergers or acquisitions. This has been key to preserving our independence and culture.
The firm offers services in five main areas: litigation, business law, real estate, bankruptcy, and government and regulatory affairs. Our clients range from Fortune 100 companies to medium-sized firms to family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.
