At Franklin Street we understand that supporting all our producers’ success is essential to be the premier commercial real estate firm in our markets. To that end, we’ve created a Training & Career Development Program that outlines a tailored path to success for all new agents entering the business. This path is defined by a detailed syllabus and training curriculum tailored to each agent’s unique career interest. An experienced mentor is matched with each new agent to provide hands-on experience and learning opportunities. Our Training Program was created by commercial real estate professionals and continues to evolve in response to real-time trainee feedback. We are proud to provide our agents with this specialized tool that surpasses any other program and empowers agents to establish themselves as market leaders.
Further, our “Inside Lane” initiative is a 12-week development program offering a group of committee-selected participants an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the inner workings of Franklin Street. Team members interested in achieving personal and professional growth are encouraged to apply and be first-hand collaborators in helping to solve a company designated initiative.
Both of these initiatives have been massively successful in helping our newer team members develop their business and succeed with our firm.
Additionally, as much as Franklin Street values hard work, we also value celebrating our success. We organize several team-building events in each office throughout the year to celebrate key milestones and simply spend time with one another outside the office environment.
We also show our team members how much we appreciate all they do by organizing an annual destination getaway for team members who are identified as top agents and top corporate team members.
