Fox World Travel, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin since 1960, is a privately held travel management company that strives to reach global travelers and improve the customer experience of booking travel, including vacation travel, business travel, and corporate meetings and incentives. As a third-generation family-owned company, operated by David and Chip Juedes, we take pride in leading with our people-first culture, including core values of service excellence, integrity, passion for taking care of our associates and enhancing all customer experiences.

At Fox World Travel, we always lead with people first. We are a company where every team member is empowered to lead change and drive vision. Fox understands our responsibility as an employer, community member, corporate citizen, and travel partner and understands the importance of prioritizing Human Capital Management (HCM). As a company, we define HCM as our associates’ training and education, health and safety, and wellness and are committed to continually improving in these areas.
Fox annually administers an Associate Engagement Survey along with a mid-year pulse check survey, which assess all associates’ perceptions and attitudes towards key engagement drivers, such as communication, culture, development, empowerment, leadership, recognition, and overall satisfaction. Once complete, the overall survey results are shared with all associates, and organizational engagement strategy initiatives are created for the upcoming year. In addition, each functional team creates an engagement plan based on the results to be included in their annual business plan, which supports Fox’s strategic plan.
