Forever Girlfriends
Purpose
Forever Girlfriends was founded December 31, 2022 by Jennifer White MS, MBA, with the goal of creating a platform that supports women by providing resources, mentorship opportunities, and programs focused on community building, wellness, and professional growth. Over time, the organization has evolved from a small group of women meeting for social gatherings into a robust network that includes workshops, charitable events, mentorship programs, and social initiatives. Our mission is to empower women to lead, collaborate, and support each other while giving back to the communities we serve.
We’ve created numerous impactful programs, including the following annual events: Prom Drive, Mother’s Day Brunch, pictures with Santa Vic and more, all designed to promote sisterhood, self-development, and service. Through these efforts, we have been able to touch the lives of hundreds of women and families, creating long-lasting impact and community connections.

Vision
Our vision is building a sisterhood that extends beyond one city. Growing into chapters across the United States and beyond, creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and empowered in every community we touch.
At the heart of our vision is a commitment to generational impact. We aim to equip women and youth with the tools to build generational wealth, make informed financial decisions, and create lasting legacies for their families and communities.
As we grow, we will establish Forever Girlfriends Community Centers. A safe, intentional spaces designed to bring our mission to life daily. These centers will serve as hubs for mentorship, education, wellness, and community connection; places where women and youth can gather, learn, heal, and grow together.

- Providing 1,200+ backpacks filled with supplies to students in need in the Metro Richmond Area.
Providing over 200 formal wear and services for youth in three local highschools
Launched the Healed Girls Heal Girls mentorship program mentoring girls 11-18 Summer 2026.
