Ford Office Technologies was founded in 1991 by John Garlow, a western Pennsylvania native who wanted to establish his business with the primary focus being unprecedented customer service and relationships founded in trust and loyalty. First opened as a copier and printer dealer, we have spent more than three decades building on those core objectives and have established ourselves as western Pennsylvania’s largest independent authorized dealer of Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP, Kyocera, and Xerox products for copiers, printers, and multi-function product technology.
Ford Office Technologies currently offers a multitude of technology solutions, providing a one-stop-shop for all of our customer's business needs that includes document management, managed print services, and a managed IT division centered around our state-of-the-art network operations center and additional locations in Pittsburgh, Erie, and Youngstown, Ohio.

Since opening in 1991, Ford Business Machines has been focused on delivering the area’s best products and service available in the industry. Our family owned and operated business, headquartered in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, is continually evolving and growing to meet the ever-expanding needs of our customers. From data management to IT services, our main goal is to ensure that our customers’ businesses run smoothly and efficiently with an established company that they can trust.Our slogan, “Real People…Real Solutions,” sums up our core belief of providing a personal connection with our customers to stay in touch with their ongoing needs.
