It's a great company, with even better people. You are cared for as an individual, but are still part of an incredibly smart, curious, and empathetic team. I am both continually challenged by my colleagues to do better, but also know I have their full support.

Still new to the position, but everyone has been very kind and welcoming. The leadership is incredibly transparent and asks a lot of questions from downstream employees to make sure that their decisions are well informed and not made in the typical C-level bubble you find with some companies.

I have a really great team who always supports me and they inspire me to be better! I love my coworkers and I love the challenges that come with my job.

Flywheel fosters an environment that allows me to leverage my talents and interests to produce powerful results for my clients. Not only do we get to sharpen skills that I find challenging, they also create space for us to lean into areas that we are passionate about. Knowing there is no pre-determined path allows us to grow in the direction of leadership that brings us the most happiness while providing value to the company. Additionally, we have a success manager which is someone who helps you navigate the face-paced nature our industry as well as our development within the organization.

I am doing what I love, while being able to innovate, contribute and be challenged. The people I work with are strong performers, positive and encouraging. Flywheel has a very supportive and positive culture.

The people make this company worth it. Everyone is friendly, driven, curious, inclusive, and dedicated. We all want to keep learning, problem-solving, and innovating, and we have a fun time doing it together. It's inspiring to work among such intelligent individuals, who want to build up each other.

Everyone is honestly great. From day one if someone hasn't met someone else they always come up to introduce themselves. Everyone is very understanding of everyone roles and knows everyone plays a big part in creating success at Flywheel. The company outings, volunteer events, and sport activities are also great because it helps us connect with our colleagues!

Everyone I've encountered thus far has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Even being fully remote, I am able to participate culturally and network with others. Only recently being hired by FW, I feel like the transition from training to being assigned tasks has been smooth and balanced.

Flywheel is constantly evolving with and ahead of digital marketing, while keeping their folks at the core of decisions. I have a positive relationship with everyone I work with because they are genuinely all clever and kind people who support one another, and that goes all the way up to the C-Suite level. There's a lot of trust put in everyone on a team, even as a new specialist, and you can just run with anything that interests you, everyone is so receptive to that!

Every voice, every employee truly matters. In a fast-paced, always changing landscape my leadership is as transparent as they can possibly be with me and I never have experienced that before.
