Fluid Truck is a technology-based rental platform that's revolutionizing the truck rental industry. It offers 24/7 mobile access to a wide array of trucks, vans, and SUVs. Thousands of small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. use Fluid Truck to flexibly and affordably build their fleet, manage employee scheduling on-the-go, and safely operate with GPS tracking and roadside assistance. Additionally, Fluid Truck currently operates the largest medium-duty electric rental fleet in the U.S. Fluid Truck offers the ability for businesses of all sizes to electrify their fleet without the overhead cost barriers of purchasing electric vehicles. In May 2021, Fluid Truck launched a partnership with IKEA Retail U.S. to support IKEA’s EV fleets in the New York City and Los Angeles markets.

At Fluid Truck, our product is our people. We pride ourselves on our culture and it's been the most critical to our success. Every year we set company-wide goals. This year, our top goal is to "Stay Fluid." This means we have set a company-wide goal for every employee to stay true to our culture. We are incredibly proud of the culture we have developed at Fluid Truck and while we grow rapidly, we want to make sure that continues to be as strong as ever.
In order to "Stay Fluid," we have lots of large and small initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive culture. First, we have a newly established, company-sponsored "Culture Committee." We meet monthly to develop various initiatives focused on four key groups: Rewards & Recognition, Core Values/Stay Fluid, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Fluid Fun/Events.
Additionally, we love hosting weekly and monthly events for employees. In the last few months, we planned a lot of corporate-sponsored outings including BBQs, "Escape Rooms," sporting events, concerts and volunteer days. Our co-founder has also spearheaded a monthly "Fluid Ladies Night" geared toward building connections and relationships among women in our workforce.
Lastly, Fluid Truck gives employees a unique opportunity to maximize their learning potential. Employees get to solve a lot of interesting problems with cross-functional opportunities to participate on projects that may fall outside of their normal expertise.
