We strive to know one another and support each other professionally. The Flores office is a Silver LEED certified building, complete with open work environment, roof top dining and lounging area with views of uptown and the Panther Stadium, state of the art equipment, full kitchen and lunch room (with company provided drinks and snacks), and an onsite recreational and fitness center that is available for our team. Connecting with our team is important and our space allows for that! Our employee lounge connects to our roof top patio and houses our lounge area, complete with full dining, gaming areas, and reading areas. We celebrate every team member's Birthday, life events, and anniversaries, and even maintained events such as virtual happy hours and trivia nights as most of our team moved to working remotely because of COVID. Executives and peers alike treat each other with respect and value. We share in personal and company achievements and admire the reputable reputation and business model that Flores has been founded on.
