It is Flexion’s culture to be focused while working with purpose and passion. There is a common theme of lightheartedness and fun throughout the fabric of our company. We challenge ourselves to continuously improve and have an open line of communication to make sure that work remains rewarding. In 2017, we established a Culture Club to help us maintain our upbeat culture. The Culture Club meets monthly to brainstorm ideas and plan events to enhance company culture and support our core values. Activities organized by our Culture Club include community outreach, friendly competitions, ice cream socials and national day recognitions. Flexion more than doubled its workforce following the approval of its first drug product in October 2017, and as we grow, we remain committed to retaining the culture that makes Flexion an attractive place to work.
