First Utility District Of Knox County
For over 60 years, First Utility District has been providing clean water to citizens and businesses in the communities of West Knoxville and beyond. Today, First Utility District is one of Tennessee’s largest water and wastewater districts, serving over 37,000 customers in 62 square miles.
Last year, FUD provided 3.4 billion gallons of water to area residents and businesses at one of the lowest rates in the state. In addition to providing water and wastewater management to residential and business customers, FUD also offers wholesale water service to two utilities in Loudon County, LCUB and Martel Utility District.
